Following the announcement of the Roadmap to Recovery, we are very pleased to be able to offer self-catering holidays once again from 12th April.
Until 17th May, holidays may only be taken by single households, and other restrictions will continue to apply – for example pubs will only be able to open for outdoor and takeaway/delivery service.
From 21st June, we hope that life will return to something like normal.
If you already have a holiday booked with us which commences prior to 12th April, then we are sorry – it must be cancelled. Your booking can be transferred to equivalent dates in 2022 (subject to availability) at the 2021 price, or to other dates (at prevailing prices). If you prefer, you can have a full refund without incurring any cancellation charges.
If you have a holiday commencing between 12th April and 16th May, then it can (subject to Roadmap changes) go ahead but you must ensure that your party is made up of people from the same household group. If you cannot comply with this rule then your holiday cannot go ahead – please get in contact with us to discuss your options.
We are in the process of contacting all guests affected by the new rules – please be patient with us, and try to contact us by email rather than phone if at all possible, due to the volume of calls we are receiving.
We know that many of you will be disappointed – especially if your holiday has been cancelled for a second time – but at least there is finally some light at the end of the tunnel.
We will look forward to seeing you again very soon!
