Our Cordon Rouge Cottages, Fair View Lodge and Reedlings are now pet friendly, so no need to leave them behind!
For larger groups, Fair View Lodge is able to sleep up to 8 guests and comes with a large decked area that allows everyone to gather around and take in the Broads. Located on the edge of a private marina and only a short walk from Wroxham village, guests in this accommodation can take advantage of some seriously exciting views and conveniently head out to an array of restaurants. And our luxury waterside holiday houses in Horning sleep from 7 to 10 people, feature private gardens, and are located just a few minutes walk from the village centre.

From April to the end of October, we operate our fleet of day boats which you can hire to explore the Broads by river and access some of the most exciting spots which can only be accessed by water. Perfect for first time boat users, we’re confident that the whole family will be able to get out and discover the magic of the Broads will complete ease.
